Analysis and identification of quarantine organisms, manipulation and processing different types of sample (fungi and bacteria), culture maintenance and multiplication techniques to fungi and bacteria, molecular and biochemical tests.
Collaborator in the project + Prev CRP – Development of integrated strategies for the prevention of resinous pine canker.

Preparation of stocks solutions, collection of rats urines, processing of rats urine and blood samples, western blot assays, glucose tolerance tests in diabetic and normal rats, determination of metabolic parameters, processing of liver, skeletal and heart samples.
