Current interests of research

Animal and plant breeding genetics and genomics, including bioinformatics, biostatistics and molecular genetics. Application of bioinformatics tools for the analysis of next generation sequencing data, to decipher the genetic regulation of complex traits of economic importance in animals and plants.
